Richard Fritzsche received his Diploma degree in Computer Engineering and his Ph.D in Mobile Communications from Technische Universität Dresden in 2009 and 2014, respectively. He worked with Fraunhofer on V2X communication technologies and joined the program Digitale Schiene Deutschland and Deutsche Bahn in 2019. Within Platform Development, Digital Rail, he is leading the Connectivity circle, which is active in the development and specification of the 5G based Future Railway Mobile Communication System (FRMCS).
