Javier Moreno Coloma is the Technical Manager of the E.I.M. association representing the European Railway Infrastructure Managers based in Brussels, Belgium. Mr. Moreno is the representative on behalf of EIM, among others, of the EC Expert Group, the ERTMS Stakeholder Platform, the Network of Representative Bodies and he is the coordinator of all the EIM Working Groups mirroring the European Railway Agency activities. Furthermore, Mr. Moreno has previously worked in ADIF, the Spanish IM, as Technical Expert dealing with a Business Intelligence Project related to the operational aspects. Mr. Moreno has a background in Computer Science Engineering studies with a Masters´ Degree in Railway Engineering and he is currently enrolled in an EMBA program at ESCP business school of Paris, France. Mr. Moreno speaks English, Spanish, Italian and French.
